Returns Policy
We want you to love what you order from Lara Kove. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning or replacing it.
Our returns promise
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items. If you change your mind, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement with no returns needed. See Damaged or defective items below.
Change-of-mind returns
To return an unworn item for a refund:
- Email us at hello@larakove.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, which item you'd like to return, and your reason.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions.
- Post the item back to us in its original packaging. You'll need to cover the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and undamaged
- In their original packaging, with any tags or protective wrapping intact
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items we can't accept for change-of-mind returns
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:
- Pierced earrings (studs and hoops) once the packaging has been opened
This is in line with UK law and standard practice across the jewellery industry.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
- Email us at hello@larakove.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item (and the packaging, if relevant).
- We'll review and respond within 1 business day.
- We'll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
You do not need to return damaged items in most cases. We'll let you know if anything is needed from you.
Your UK consumer rights
As a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right is separate from our 30-day returns promise, which is more generous. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale items
Sale items follow the same policy as full-price items. We accept returns on unworn sale pieces within 30 days.
