Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lara Kove. This policy sets out how we process and deliver orders, our shipping rates, and what to do if anything goes wrong. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to other markets soon.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, extreme weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Our shipping is fully duty-paid, meaning there are no extra customs or duty fees on UK delivery.
Order tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier scans the package.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@larakove.com.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're unable to reroute parcels once they've been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe places your courier may have left the parcel
- Wait 48 hours, as parcels are occasionally marked delivered before physical arrival
- Contact us at hello@larakove.com with your order number
We'll work with the courier to investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before opening fully. Email us at hello@larakove.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can happen. We're not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Severe weather or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
If your order is significantly delayed beyond 12 business days, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Orders placed before a policy change will be fulfilled under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
